Pumpkins, Gourds & Smiles

We have been to 2 pumpkin patches in the last week & a half and it's been great fun!

Jack had a great time getting down & dirty with the pumpkins.

(and he was a mess!  mmm, dirt tastes good...)

I was having a seriously hard time both trips to get the kids to look at the camera.  Something we will have to work on!

I think when God created gourds He did it with the express purpose of giving kids joy at pumpkin patches...

One of the pumpkin patch trips was a field trip for D's school.  Cakes got to sit with the "big kids" and have snack.  She loved sitting there with her big brother & cousin and she definitely looked old enough to be part of the group... sniff, sniff...
