Today my picture reflects not necessarily a wonderfully discounted shopping trip but rather one that reflects self control. I have been having some trouble lately with staying in our grocery budget ($120/wk) and so tonight my good friend & I went to Super Walmart together with our week of meals planned (we are having the same meals this week) and grocery lists in hand and worked together to stay under budget. It was great fun and it worked! I see this as definitely something we will do again... Anyone want to join us?
That receipt says $84.02. I still need to get some bulk meat at Costco but it will still end up under budget!

Good Job! Really, it is so hard to stay under budget on food and I agree with Dena we need a Like button ;)
